We will be holding another yard sale on Saturday, July 12 , 2014.  Every tenant is welcome to sell their goods at their unit on that day only. We will put signs out at our facility, and advertise on our reader board. 
Please abide by the following guidelines so we can be sure to have a stress free sale.
*The sale is only on Saturday July 12, 2014
*No trash or furniture left behind
*You must be a tenant to sell your items

*There is a $5.00 participation fee to help cover our expenses.

We value our tenants and enjoy hearing your comments. If you have other ideas or suggestions in the future please feel free to call our new Site Manager, Dawn or come on in!

The day of the yard sale PLEASE help END 68 HOURS OF HUNGER
